Children. We accept children from the age of 5 years upwards. Seasonal Offers. Seasonal Offers are usually available from November to the end of April (excluding Bank Holiday periods), e.g. three nights bed and breakfast for the price of two. Single Occupancy Supplements. Single occupancy of a double/twin room will be charged at half the room rate plus a supplement of £11.00 per night in the low season and £18.00 per night during the high season. Evening Meals. Evening meals may be provided by prior arrangement for groups of six or more. Pets. Pets are not allowed in the building for reasons of health and comfort of other guests. Swimming Pool. The indoor swimming pool is normally available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Towels provided by the hotel for use in the pool area will be charged at 85p each. Cancellation Policy. Deposits are normally non-refundable, subejct to the Proprietors’ discretion. Guests are expected to pay the full cost of any reservation unless otherwise agreed in advance with the Proprietors. Damage. Guests will be required to pay for any reckless damage to Linksway property.
