The Linksway Tariff 2013

All prices are inclusive of Bed & Breakfast accommodation and VAT.  Please check Bookings/Availability page for prices.

Children  We accept children from the age of 5 years upwards.   When booking on-line, please ensure number and ages of children are entered.

Single Occupancy Supplements   Single occupancy of a double/twin room will be charged at half the room rate plus a supplement of £11.00 per night in the low season and £18.00 per night during the high season.

Pets   Pets are not allowed in the building for reasons of health and comfort of other guests.

Cancellation Policy   Deposits are normally non-refundable, subejct to the Proprietors’ discretion.   Guests are expected to pay the full cost of any reservation unless otherwise agreed in advance with the Proprietors.

Damage   Guests will be required to pay for any reckless damage to Linksway property.
